How much does shipping cost?

For small items we offer flat rate domestic shipping for $8 per order. Bulk spice & herb sacks are shipped via UPS Ground for a flat rate of $75 per sack.

How long does shipping take?

Orders will usually ship within 1-3 business days and transit time is another 1-5 days (depending on your location) from our warehouse. For large orders requiring a freight carrier, orders usually ship within 3-5 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we can only ship domestically at this time. If you are located internationally but have a freight forwarder within the U.S., we're happy to ship to their location.

How is my order packaged?

Bulk spice & herb powders are packaged in heavy duty paper sacks with a plastic liner (the same way they arrive to us directly from the manufacturer), which we then protect with a heavy duty corrugated box. Small items are shipped in standard shipping boxes.
