How much does shipping cost?

For small items we offer flat rate domestic shipping for $8 per order. Bulk spice and herb orders are shipped via UPS Ground for a flat rate of $75 per 55 lb bag. For orders over 400 lb we charge a flat rate of $475 regardless of total order size.

How long does shipping take?

Orders will usually ship within 1-3 business days and transit time is another 1-5 days (depending on your location) from our warehouse. For large orders requiring a scheduled freight carrier, orders usually ship within 3-5 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we can only ship domestically at this time. If you are located internationally but have a freight forwarder within the U.S., we'd be happy to ship to their location.

How is my order packaged?

Bulk spice & herb powders are packaged in heavy duty paper sacks with a plastic liner (the same way they arrive to us directly from the manufacturer), which we then protect with a heavy duty corrugated box. Small items are shipped in standard shipping boxes.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on unopened packages if you change your mind for any reason. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on opened food items as per FDA regulations. Please understand that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Can I have a sample?

We generally have samples available of most lots of our bulk spices and herbs. Please contact us before placing your order if you'd like us to send you a sample.

Why is the color of my product slightly different than your photos?

By nature, the colors of spices and herbs may vary slightly from one lot to the next. We are constantly importing new product and often sell from more than one lot at any given time. One thing that stays consistent is that we source the highest quality products available and that our products are all recent lots which will be fresh for 1-2 years after your purchase.

Are your products certified organic? Can I have a Certificate of Analysis?

We carry both organic and conventional products. Our small packaged items are labeled accordingly. Our bulk spices and herbs are currently conventional, but if you require organic material feel free to email us at contact@livewellimports.com. We can provide a certificate of analysis for our bulk spices and herbs upon request.

Will I get further discounts if I need larger quantities? 

We try to keep our prices as competitive as possible, but we can often offer further discounts for customers who require large quantities. Our warehouse is fully equipped to ship and receive truck loads of any size. Contact us for more information.
